Transfer students are eligible to apply for direct entry (DE) admission after completing two full-time semesters at the University of Evansville. At the time of application, you must hold a 3.35 cumulative GPA and 3.35 science prerequisite GPA, and complete 20 observation hours. Students must submit the DE application and transcripts and conduct an interview with a PT faculty member as part of the DE admission process.

To matriculate into the DPT program, you must complete all of the Direct Entry requirements.
